End of Life Policy
Network Critical is committed to providing high-quality, cost-effective and state-of-the-art products to our customers. In this light, we are constantly updating our products and find it difficult to continue to produce and support older models.
Network Critical will End of Life various products that have reached the end of their product life cycle. These products will no longer be manufactured. If you are interested in purchasing these products, or updated versions of these products, please contact your Territory Sales Manager.
Network Critical End of Life Policy guidelines
Network Critical will continue to provide technical support for all End of Life products that remain under warranty. Warranty renewals will continue to be available for purchase for products that are no longer being manufactured. Please speak with your Territory Sales Manager for more information.
In the event of hardware support on an End of Life product with a remaining warranty, the product will be repaired or a comparable product will be substituted to replace the defective hardware.
Only current and fully paid warranties will be honoured.
