  • New Features Make Website More Versatile

    Network Critical, the creator of the leading enterprise access technology solutions, recently added some upgraded features to its website. The site is now available in multiple languages. Also new to the site is the TAP Academy section, featuring videos produced and published by theacademypro.com.

    When visiting networkcritical.com, customers will find that the website is now available in multiple languages. By clicking on the small icons in the upper right hand corner of each page, the user can switch to the language they are most comfortable reading. Currently, the site is available in English, French, German and Italian. Other languages will be available in the future.

    The website also features a brand new section called TAP Academy. Produced by Peter Giannoulis of theacademypro.com, this section features short videos highlighting different features of Network Critical TAPs and how they are used. Some examples include What are Network TAPs, How to Cable a TAP, V-Line Packet Slicing and Working with the CLI. “The videos provide tutorials for using and configuring Network Critical TAPs as well as tips and tricks that help to make TAP installation easier,” said Giannoulis. “We have enjoyed working with Network Critical on these videos and feel that this information is very valuable to our subscriber base at The Academy Pro as well as Network Critical’s customers.” To check out these videos, visit the "What are Network TAPs" section of the website.
