The goal of the improved site is to provide customers and potential customers complete information about Network Critical's line of network TAPs and to educate the public about access technology.

The upgraded website will have a different look and feel than the previous one. Along with the new features, the product search feature will easily allow customers to look at only the products that meet their requirements. The News page and the Support page are also more organized, making it easier for customers to find exactly what they need.
